おすすめは、
「鯖の味噌煮込み定食」

箸を入れると、鯖はほろほろ。
骨まで食べれてしまうほどの柔らかさで美味しい！そして小鉢は２品選べ、「ひじきの煮物」 と「きんぴらごぼう」

brings the craftsmanship of a long-standing fish merchant straight to your table.
Known in Toyosu Market for its exceptional eye in seafood selection,
this little spot lets you enjoy that quality in the form of a humble, perfect set meal.

The must-try dish is the
“Miso-Simmered Mackerel Set.”

The moment your chopsticks touch the fish,
the mackerel falls apart—tender enough that you could almost eat the bones.
Rich, comforting, and deeply flavorful.

You can also choose two small side dishes.
I picked hijiki seaweed simmered with beans and kinpira burdock.
Both simple, both delicious—exactly the kind of sides that tell you this place is the real deal.

If you’re in Shibuya and want something close to the station,
this is a spot I can confidently recommend.
