2022年創業、恵比寿駅東口から徒歩5分の場所にある『ふ定食屋』。
地域に朝食を楽しむ文化を広めたいという想いから誕生！
店名の「ふ」は「不定」の「ふ」！決まったメニューがなく、ご飯・味噌汁・小鉢を自由に組み合わせて自分好みの定食が作れます🎵
夜も営業しているので、遅めの時間でもあたたかい定食を楽しめるのが嬉しいポイント！🌙

鰤の照り焼き定食
脂ののった鰤をじっくり香ばしく焼き上げ、特製の甘辛タレを絡めた、ご飯がすすむ一品！🔥
小鉢は切り干し大根、胡麻和え
やさしい味付けで、栄養バランスもバッチリ💯

Founded in 2022, Fu Teishokuya is a 5-minute walk from the east exit of Ebisu Station.

It was founded with the desire to spread the culture of enjoying breakfast in the area! ☀️
The "Fu" in the store name stands for "unfixed"! There is no set menu, so you can freely combine rice, miso soup, and side dishes to create your own set meal 🎵

It is open at night, so you can enjoy a warm set meal even at late hours, which is a nice point! 🌙
