First, the rice.
The texture is spot on—
not mushy, not undercooked.
This is the kind of white rice that catches tonkatsu perfectly.

The tonkatsu has a gentle sweetness.
The fat isn’t heavy—it’s light and mellow.
And the more you chew, the deeper the umami follows.

Then there’s the tonjiru (pork miso soup).
Tonkatsu → tonjiru → rice… and the loop is complete.
Not flashy, but it leaves you thinking:
“Yeah… I ate properly today.”
