創業50年以上の浦和駅西口に昔からある、大衆食堂。

お店に入ると、壁一面にズラッと並ぶメニュー札。色褪せた緑の板に、手書きの文字。これを見るだけで歴史観が伝わる。

今回は「レバニラ定食」
レバーは香ばしく、ニラともやしはシャキシャキで山盛り。
味噌汁、冷奴、たくあんと一汁三菜で、派手じゃないけど、こういう“ちゃんとした定食”が一番しみる。

昔からある町の食堂って、料理以上に“時間”を出してくる気がします。
気取らず、飾らず、腹を満たして、また明日も頑張れる。

📍 Urawa – “Ikoi Shokudo”
A beloved local diner with over 50 years of history, just a short walk from Urawa Station’s west exit.

The moment you step in, you’ll notice the wall covered with old handwritten menu boards.
Faded green plates, brush-stroke characters…
You can literally feel the decades this place has been feeding the neighborhood.

Today’s choice: Liver & Garlic Chive Stir-Fry Set.
The liver is grilled until fragrant, and the mountain of chives and bean sprouts stays perfectly crisp.
Served with miso soup, chilled tofu, and pickles — nothing fancy, just a proper Japanese “one soup, three sides” meal.

These long-standing diners offer more than just food —
they serve a sense of time, comfort, and continuity.
No pretense, no decoration.
